Privacy notice

We are the data controller for personal information you give us through this website. We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and run your trip.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or booking request: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, pick-up and drop-off details, number of passengers, and anything you tell us in your message (for example children's ages for child seats, or accessibility needs).

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote, arrange and carry out your booking, and provide concierge help during and after your trip. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract. We keep basic records to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business: our booking and availability system (aiPaddy.app), our email provider, and our accountant. Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser's IP address is sent to Google. If a trip involves a partner (for example a hotel or restaurant you ask us to book), we share only what's needed, with your agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become bookings: up to 12 months. Booking and financial records: 6 years, as required by Irish tax law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict or transfer it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. If you're not happy, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

We don't use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.

The availability, trips and tours sections are provided by our booking system (aiPaddy.app) and may set cookies or use browser storage that are strictly necessary for them to work, such as remembering the date you picked. We also save one small item in your browser to remember that you've closed the cookie notice.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the booking sections may then not work properly.

Terms & disclaimer

Bookings

Sending an enquiry or booking request through this website does not create a booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have contacted you and confirmed it directly. Availability shown on the site is a guide and can change.

Prices

Prices shown are for transport only (private vehicle and driver) unless stated otherwise. Entry fees, meals, accommodation, tolls, parking and waiting time may be extra. The price confirmed to you directly is the one that applies. We may correct errors in prices shown on the site.

Tours and timings

Itineraries and journey times are a guide. Routes and stops may change because of weather, traffic, road closures, opening hours or safety. We'll always try to agree changes with you.

Website information

We try to keep this website accurate and up to date, but information about attractions, opening times and third-party services can change and we can't guarantee it. Links to other websites (such as Google Maps) are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot be limited by law. We're not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for missed connections where the agreed pick-up time was not enough to make them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
